CRM Activities not Synchronizing in Outlook Calendar RRS feed

    My CRM Activities aren't synchronizing in Outlook my calendar.  I'm able to track other items ie. emails and contacts in Outlook, even able to track appointments that were already created in Outlook. 

    I've tried creating activities from CRM and also from Outlook, both no luck with showing on my Outlook calendar.

    Any thoughts for a fix?

    could you double check your outlook filters?. If appointment is scheduled to be synchronized?.

    I currently don't have any filters set.  I never did before and the sync would always occur. I tested a saleperson and the sync works correctly with no filters.

    Is this odd that we don't have filters set and the sync would occur?

  • This is interesting;  From Outlook when I go to File, CRM, then Options and set Appt, Contacts, Email, and Task to use the CRM form... the activity created doesn't sync.  Once I remove the check box for that option it syncs.
