I qualifiy for the promotional offer... for both Vista Ultimate and Office professional 2007 and I get a message that I dont appear to qualify.

I bought the PC from cyberpower which is one of your listed vendors for the program.

I should qualify for both sets of promotional items.

    Thanks

  • Your MGA report indicates you have a retail version of Windows Vista Ultimate installed.  The promotional offer is only valid for system builder installed OEM versions of Windows Vista.

The BONUS PACK offer is available only for certain eligible genuine Windows Vista and Office 2007 systems in the U.S. The offer must be redeemed in the U.S. It is only valid for Windows Vista Home Premium, Windows Vista Business, Windows Vista Ultimate, Office Professional 2007, and Office Small Business 2007 with one of the part numbers on this page or purchased through one of the PC builders listed on this page: http://promotions.newegg.com/microsoft/bonuspack/FAQ.htm

  • Hi Keith,

We are going to need to talk with you about your specific issue, but it would be cumbersome to do so over the Forum.

Would you please go to https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?c1=509&gprid=9860 and create a Support Incident. Afterward, post the Incident Number here in this thread. We will then contact you directly.

    Thank you,

    Jenifer
