NOTES field in the Account form is putting two date/time stamps

Question
-
The NOTES field in the account form is making two date and time stamps as well as an edited by stamp. This just makes quite a bit of visual clutter and uses up the viewable area of the field. Is this something I can change so there is just one date and time stamp.
This appears above every note. Can i change the field to not display some of this?
Thanks, Ania

This is the standard behaviour of CRM. I think it works this way so that users only have to enter the note text. You could ask your users to also change the note title (that's the bold text), or use a workflow rule to replace the default title with something more meaningful to you.
