Windows 7 Home Premium OEM, not genuine

Question
-
Hello,
I recently bought this new Asus laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium. However, as I wanted a clean install (without Asus software), I brought it back to the store and asked for a reinstall. The technician installed a new windows on it with a different key (being OEM, and not matching the key on the COA sticker on the bottom of my laptop).
At first there was no problem, but a few days later I get the 'windows 7 is not genuine' message. It might be because I moved my User files (C:Users/User) to the 2nd partition of my HDD using 'right click -> move'. Is this the problem?
Is there a way to fix this without having to install Windows again? Thanks in advance.

Now I found out I have this 'multilingual windows' issue. (http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/genuinewindows7/thread/6f6b1cb8-e84e-4c1f-a2ac-181a77d2f772)
I asked the clerk to install Windows in English, when it was first in Dutch (hence the new product key?). I want to follow the steps on this page (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2105247/), but I don't know how the MUIs we're installed in the first place.
And if I revert Windows back to the initial language, will this be Dutch or English? I want it to be English.
