  • Hi All,

    I need to know that when my CRM-11 Online is scheduled for CRM-13 Update?

    Although I was getting a yellow bar notification but currently not getting that notification anymore on my homepage.

    I tried to rescheduled once but finally got an error and that notification is not coming more..I lost that link where i can reschedule the update.

    Does this date change reflects after 24 hours??

    Also i am not getting this option in "Administrative->Subscription Managemnet" OR "Administrative->Resources In Use" section as well..

    Any idea will be appreciated.

  • Option to select or change the update date will appear only if your organization has been scheduled for upgrade. Also it won't appear if you are organization upgrade failed on both primary and secondary dates. If you don't have the information in Resources In Use", it means your organization is not scheduled yet or failed both attempts. You could contact support to understand the exact reason. For failures/reschedule, you should have received emails.
