Since the June 2017 Microsoft update, we have a few computers that will no longer create a PDF file when using the 'Microsoft print to PDF' printer option.
We print a form from a Visual Basic program, and it does create a link to the file it is supposed to create in the 'Recent files' list, but does not save the file in the directory (ie: C:\Temp).
I have tried to remove the update KB4022725 but that did not fix the issue.
I think the issue may be related to the comdlg32.ocx or comdlg32.dll file in the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 directory.
Is anyone having the same problem? Is there a solution to this?
Thanks.
Doug
