    For the last few weeks a colleague of mine has been recieving an error message when in Microsoft applications such as Word and Outlook, the error message is consistant however unpredictable in its occurance, the error message we are being confront with is as stated in the thread title. 

    "DIC has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconveniece"

    We are using Windows XP and Office 2003.

    I have attempted to apply a fix for this to no avail. Has anyone any information regarding this, any support would be appreciated.
