    How do I setup remote connect for Windows Live Mesh?  When I click Connect on the mesh.com site, I get this error message:

    "This device cannot be accessed. Please check the Live Mesh notifier on the device to see if the remote desktop enhancements need to be installed."

    I cannot find anywhere to install these enhancements.  I am running Vista 64-bit Ultimate as an Administrator.  When I ran LiveMesh.exe to install the program, everything was automated and it required no user input from myself.  I generated log files, but I don't know what to paste here because it generated 11 files.

    Hi,

    When you install the Live Mesh software on Vista, there is a check-box for the Live Mesh Remote Desktop enhancements (that is checked by default), so if you didn't uncheck it, the enhancements should have installed.  To be sure, you can try these steps (from our help pages):

    1. Open the notifier.
    2. Click the System notifications icon System notifications, then click Configure Live Mesh Remote Desktop - though the icon and option will only appear if Live Mesh doesn't believe the enhancements are already installed.

    If that does not work, please go ahead and submit a bug with your logs (instructions for submitting a bug are in an Announcement at the top of the forums), so that we can take a closer look at what's preventing you from establishing a remote connection.
