  • Hi Pjaehne,

You are not going mad. There is a bug in the address book sych. I'd report it if I knew what the URL was :) Basically, you have to go to the options, go to the address book tab and set it to sync ALL contacts from CRM, not just the ones you own. If you do this they will appear. If you try and just sync your contacts you get a big nothing in the contacts section of the address book.

  • you need to set up synchronization settings between CRM and out look

Following are the steps for change synchronization settings

    1) Go to CRM -> Options (in the Outlook)

    2) Go to Synchronization Tab in Personnel options window

    3) select the check boxes which you want to synchronize ( like Contacts, Tasks etc. on that screen) between CRM and Outlook
    4) press OK.

    Hope this Helps!!

  • Thank you for your reply.

I am not the synchronization of my contacts but I would like to e-mail to other CRM contacts from Outlook. In Microsoft Dynamics CRM Adressbook find no contact, for example, owners and company.

  • the address book can take 24 hours to update, check your synchronization tab as Mayan suggested and ensure the sync options are set correctly.  Also check the Address Book tab in Options to ensure the Outlook Address Book sync box is checked and the time interval is set.
