    Trying to renew my Windows Live One Care

     

    From the oncare icon I click on the renew button.  The next page has the message :

     

    No billing accounts

    This Windows Live ID does not currently have a billing relationship with Microsoft. MSN offers a variety of services that you may subscribe to. For more information, go to http://join.msn.com/.

     

    I'd like to renew on the same email that I first signed up.  So far I've been going in circles trying to find how to do this

     

    Any help would be appreciated.

    You can view the Live ID associated with your current One Care subscription by opening One Care>Help>About.Go to  - https://billing.microsoft.com/home.aspx and sign in using the Live ID associated with your One Care subscription to verify you are using the correct Live ID.
