Issue with Phone Call Status RRS feed

  • Deal All,

    When we create a phone call activity using quick create by default the activity status is going to Completed. Is there any way to change this to open.

  • Create a workflow on create of phonecall. Check the regarding field is Lead. Change status to open.

  • Hi Bunny,

    I think, it is by design. Phone call is what you do on the fly and complete it then and there.

    For the other activities, the status is not set as Completed by default right?

    Thanks for a reply, By default the phone call is creating with open status only later on <g class="gr_ gr_125 gr-alert gr_gramm undefined Punctuation only-ins replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="125" id="125">it</g> is changing to complete. Already I tried with this but it didn't help us. If we create the workflow on the update, but we may have a chance of the update from other entities also right.
