Script error prevents installation/activation of Windows Live Onecare

  When I try to activate Windows Live Onecare, this is what I get.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Windows Live Onecare several times.  Microsoft will not anser my requests for assistance.  I cannot find a telephone number to call Microsoft.  at this point, they have my money and I have wasted days trying to get the program to install.
