    Hello!

    Im sending you this message because i cant acess my old hotmail account
    (tiagolima8@hotmail.com)

    it said that someone is trying to enter in my account
    and I already answered the hotmail questionary, but its impossible to enter in that account !

    i know the password, but your servers dont let me in !

    i have some important account passwords in my inbox and i need to see the emails

    Is there any email address listed within any of the emails?

    If so, you should forward her emails being sent to you

    If there are no emails, Google her name in double quotes.

    You can search for her while logged into Microsoft Live or Outlook as it has become, to see if a member search comes up.

    Did you click "Lost my password"?, then answer the test questions

    Also, Microsoft will send a PW reset to your alternative email address you gave when setting up the account.

    The alternative check boxes is to call you or to text you.
