can't access certification template when configure IFD

  Hi everyone,

     Now, I'm try to configure IFD environment for Dynamic 2011.

     After the step of creating a certificate request has been completed and save the request message on a txt documentation. 

     Then system popup a message like “can't access the certification template” when I try to use this request message txt to complete the certificate.  I know this situation may be case by right access of current user for those certificate template but I don't know how to do to fix this problem. could you tell me how deal with it?
