  • Hello rick8910, this can happen if Terminal Services is stopped. To check this go to Start>Run and enter "services.msc" without the quotes in the Run box. Scroll down to Terminal Services and double click it. If the service is stopped, start it then set the startup type to "Automatic". If this does not resolve the issue please contact support. • Perfect!! this solved my problem on a mini-PC where the services are shut down wherever possible. I've been scratching my head about this one for a few weeks.

    Thank you!!
