Change log and reports RRS feed

  • Question

  • So you open a CASE, apply a service, and add a note.

How do I get a report of all the notes on each service request?

Is there a change log for a case that shows all activity, services, notes, etc.

  • Hi,

hum... I have to refresh my memory to see if there's a service summary report in CRM, also I am not sure if it will give you the things that you are looking for.

If you would like a report of all notes on each service request. You might have to write a custom report for it.  I would suggest you to look into advance find to see if that will help you to solve this business problem. But the con is that you have to setup your advance find to do it everytime where a report will require just a single click to generate the report.

You mention change log, are you looking for an audit log for CASE? If so, please search Audit Log, you will find some good solutions out there for that.

    Hope this helps.
