    LiveOneCare just stopped working.  I reinstalled it 3 times now, but it's not working right.  File backup will not open.  It starts to, but then says that Onecare has an error and will close.  It gives no error# or reason.  As far as I can see the rest is working fine.  I do get some red lines and X's where there should be words.  ie: when I go to help.  If I click on one of the red line areas I do get the next step in words.  I just don't know what I'm clicking.

     

    I only have one PC and I store my backup files on CD.

    If it fails to validate your subscription, select the option that you are using a trial or beta copy and you can proceed to email support without validation once you've signed in.

     

    Yours is the second post referencing the red lines where words should be, but I don't know what the cause of this could be.
