How to remove an email item from the Queue after Opening email record- CRM 2015 On-premise RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    I am relatively new to Dynamics CRM and need some urgent help

    How to remove a email item from the Queue from the Opened email.


    1. User monitors the incoming emails in the Queue.
    2. There are many emails which they have to open to read the content and if they are not related they want it to be removed from the queue (Not Delete). They can remove from the queue view, but they can decide to remove only after reading the email.

    How to achieve this, can you please guide with some steps please, as i am new to CRM?

    Environment : CRM 2015 On-Premise 

    I am unable to add screenshots. If my query is not clear , please let me know i will try to add screenshots again, but i image it is straight forward.

    Any ideas to help regarding removing email from queue once opened by double clicking email in the queue?
