Firewall wont start

Question

Same problem, it wouldn't turn on after OneCare installed an update and I restarted computer as requested. This all happened yesterday afternoon. 9-25. I've run the Clean-up toll twice to no avail. So now I'm at the uninstal and reinstal section. I need someone to reassure me. I'm a bit nervous about doing this type of stuff.

shadowdog3,
Thank you for visiting the Live OneCare program forum. I've got to be honest with you, if you are nervous because you are not an advanced user, I'm going to direct you to customer support. Customer support is for people with a paid subscription. As you follow the steps below, you will be prompted to enter in information which will entitle you to telephone support. The instructions should be given as you go through the process. The process I've written the steps for should be good even of novice users.
If you have a paid subscription, start here to contact support:
1 . Click Contact support in the middle of the webpage
2 . Click Contact Support in the bottom right corner of the webpage
3 . Click Get support
4 . Select the Billing Support or Technical Support Bubble
5. Answer the questions appropriately, you will be guided to an agent if you have a paid subscription or email support if you have a trial version.
Thank you for visiting the Live OneCare program forum.
I hope this information helps. Post back if you continue to have issues.

Phil,
Yes, good luck. Do post back if support is not able to assist you. I think they'll take good care of you though. I've read some posts from people here in the forums who say that support is very helpful.
