Outlook Appointment Object Response RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hey,

We are working on a website that schedules "Rooms" and each Room has it's own outlook email account and each one will respond automatically to any request for an appointment based on if the Room is occupied or not at the time.  About 60% of the time this works however every once in awhile the Rooms response remains unknown despite the appointment was created in the Room's calendar and the website's email received a response.  We have done extensive testing on this and we have waited 15 to 30 minutes before to see if it was slow load time but the response still remained unknown.  Another aspect that we checked was creating the appointment and checking it on one local server until the issue occurred then we had another system that was on another computer and checked the same appointment and the response remained unknown.  This has lead us to believe that the problem is in the outlook appointment object if you have any ideas or suggestions please let us know.

    -Thank you for your time
