Login issue into Microsoft Azure Account

I have a problem accessing my Microsoft azure account using my work email, I forgot my account password and I tried to recover it but after many times of trial, my account is blocked and when I tried to access my account it gave me the following error; "the user name may be incorrect", and "the user name you entered does not exist" although I could access my account and downloaded Windows 10 previously.
I look forward to resolving this issue.
