Heya guys
I wonder if anyone has seen this issue before.
On ipad, I use the app version for Microsoft CRM 2013.
Sending emails from the tablet is no issue. You can click an account and email the account email.
But if we have a pdf document in notes on the account, and open the pdf document, there is a button on the pdf document that says send email.
We click that, and the email client is opened up and we can click send. So far so good..
The email is actually send, with the attachment, but the CRM App crashes. The email window wont disappear again, and the user has to shut down the app and restart it.
Has anyone else seen this problem before? and is it solved at a later roll-up? I cant find anything in release notes.
They are using 2013 R1.
