Problems with CD/DVDW after installing Windows XP SP3 RRS feed

    My cd drive does not recognize anything I put in it nor will it burn a cd. They gave something about removing filters but the directions do not work for my professional pak... Can anyone help me? It is a TSSTcorp CD/DVDW TS-H552L
