I can't sign in
to add my other computer. It keeps telling me my name or password in incorrect. Can't get past it! Please help.
That will typically happen if your LiveID password is longer than 8 characters. Change it at http://account.live.com to be less than 8 characters, then try activation on the second PC once again. If that does not resolve it, please contact support.
