I have a problem with finding my event viewer logs insomuch when I right click > Applications > click "Find" > type - chkdsk - I do not get a reference to "chkdsk". All I get is a reference to Wininit - it contains all the
information but I would like to know why it is not coming up as reference "chkdsk"?
I am running three machines each with 7 64bit OS (Home on 2 desktops Pro on laptop) A fourth computer I am cleaning out for a friend comes up with the same thing - it is running Vista SP2. The OS's are all OEM's the latest desktop I built myself (Sandy
Bridge build).
Has the system been changed or is because I am using OEM's - sorry am only computer literate enough to do tidying up and settings up apps etc.
