reinstalling one care

i purchased two one care packs and i believe i used all 6 files my computer crashed and a new hard drive was installed while trying to reinstall with one of the disks it tells me to input the 25 key product key and says i am not the owner

do i need to purchase another one

Install the One Care trial - http://onecare.live.com/standard/en-us/install/install.htm To activate, open One Care, select "Subscribe" and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID and password originally used to set up your subscription and One Care will activate. If you cannot recall the Live ID and password associated with your account you will have to contact support for help.
