    I swear this crap is aweful... I have been around and around in circles trying to CXL my HOtmail account... I dont have a billing account and nothing is linked yet it does not allow me to cxl this account... I swear I am almost to the point of doing something to Violate the TERMS of MSN just to get this account canceled... this is horrible and yet its suppose to be EASY.....please... a damn college professor with a Doctorate could not figure this crap out....
