Custom Workflow in Crm 2011 Online RRS feed

    Hi All,

    Is custom WF is supported in CRM2011 online?
    I have created Simple Custom WF and tried to register using PlugInRegistration Tool..
    I am getting error as "Assembly must be registered in isolation."


    Does CRM online really support it and if yes how to do this.?
    May be the way i am doing is wrong..Please help..

    First be sure that you are using the last Plugin Registration Tool, download the crm 2011 sdk 5.0.14 from this page:

    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=24004

    After when you register the assembly you need to select the isolation mode as sandbox:


    About your crm online, I think that now all the online CRM are updated with the december2012 update, but you can check your version number:

    From the CRM website – navigate to the File Menu -> Help -> About Microsoft Dynamics CRM

    the version must be at least the 05.00.9690.3233

    Hi

    As per December 2012 update release, it is possible to use custom workflow activities in CRM online using partial trust. This feature was missing earlier.

     For Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, custom workflow activities can only be registered to execute in the sandbox (partial trust). Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online support for sandbox execution of custom workflow activities was added in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM December 2012 Service Update

    You can check build number for CRM online by :

    on the browser client click File-Help-About Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will see version of CRM there.

    Hi,

    My Organization Build number is (5.0.9690.3339)
    Build Number


    What this mean? For 29th Jan Update it should be [5.0.9690.3233 (Client), 5.0.9690.3236 (Server)]

    Am i right??
    So, finally my Organization is updated or not.?
    please confirm me.

    All the CRM online organizations has been upgraded to UR12 by Microsoft. Your online organization is also one of them :-) !

    Hi,

    In updated CRM online there is 3 kind of form?
    Main, Mobile and also some other??
    If yes then it is not showing in my CRM.

    or these thing is not related to Updation issue.?
