Hi,
I have been marked as answer for past few posts but the points given for the answers are not getting updated. can you help me where to contact regarding this?

Today I seem to be losing lots of points. Can someone please email to fissues. I emailed about 4 or 5 times today only, but didn't get any replies back. Wondering if someone else send them email, this can get better response.
