Server Side Synchronization - Fails at "Appointments, Contacts and Tasks" RRS feed

  • Hey everyone,

    We just upgraded from CRM 2011 to CRM 2013 (both on-premise), an subsequently moved away from the E-Mail Router to use the new Server Side Synchronization feature. We use an Exchange 2010 server (on premise), and have am 'impersonation-enabled' user setup on the server profile. The problem is that while Incoming and Outgoing email functionality tests fine for all mailboxes, the 'Appointments, Contacts and Tasks' test fails on multiple users.

    Is this a function of security role permissions? If so, does anyone know which permissions need to be enabled? Could there be any other reason for this issue?

  • Please enable CRM traces on the async service and check for errors there.
