After I had to reinstall windows 7 premium home edition (OEM) on my computer, I got the message: Windows not genuine. I know 100% that it is, so can please someone look into this issue?

I'm afraid that this installation is NOT genuine!The basis of it is flawed - You would appear to have used a hacker's Loader program to attempt to force your Acer computer to look like an HP computer to allow activation to occur with an HP KeyYour Key is probably legal, but until you uninstall the Loader, you will continue to get non-genuine notices.There is a possibility that you attempted to use an HP recovery disk set, together with the loader to reinstall your Acer PC - this simply will not work.You should use the Acer Recovery disks that you were supposed to create when you got he machine to reinstall the OS, drivers and original applications - if you don't have the disks, then you should contact Acer and purchase a set from them.Loader programs frequently come loaded with other things that you *really* don't want on your machine - such as Keyloggers and password stealers - which is why I recommend a full system recovery.
