Dynamic 365 - Can't qualify again after reactive lead RRS feed

  • Hi, i want to qualify my existing lead so i can go to the opportunity process.

    First, I already qualified this lead, 

    after that i reactived this lead and accidently delete the data in opportunity, so i cant go to the next process

    but when i qualified this lead again the system said "unexpected error"

    and if i disqualified this lead, its works,  i got no error message.

    so, how to make this lead qualify again?

  • Try to move the business process stage back to Qualify on the Lead record. You can move business process stage through arrow buttons that can be found on bottom-right corner of business process flow on the Lead form.

    Once its in that stage you should be able to qualify that lead again.
