Windows Live One Care - product key - system says it is wrong? RRS feed

  • Purchased Live One Care at Office Depot. Followed directions in installing. When it got to the registration and since I had already purchased it for $ 49.95 I tried to enter the Product Key as one of the options it presented. I entered it correctly several times and it will not take. Keeps saying it is entered incorrectly. It is not entered incorrectly. How do I  get in touch with Customer Service? Any suggestions. It says I have 14 days left one our trial service. 14 and counting!

  • I find that the product key (orange/yellow sticker inside the box) to be difficult to read. The font is not the best to discern sbtle differences in "I" and "J," for example. Try using a magnifying glass to confirm that you are typing the correct characters.

    If you are still unable to activate, contact support. With a scan or a digital photo of the key, they will be able to verify the key for you.
