  • I have been trying to pay my renewal subs for weeks now to no avail, you keep saying that my direct debit is not working however it worked for the previous subs and nothing has changed at my end. Since this problem started I have re-printed my details which you claim are of no use. I have approached my bank and they are unable to come up with an answer.

    To try to keep my Onecare going I bought a Onecare instalation disc on line now that is not working. I am at my wits end. I tried to download your 90 day free trial to keep me going until you resolve this issue now you have disalowed that. What more can I do. I will tell you what, I can go and purchase another Anti virus system and forget Onecare because it is now becomming a pain in the arse. Can you help. George.
