I have CRM 2011 which was installed and deployed on premise using port 5555. But on later part, I changed the port of our CRM 2011 using deployment manager and IIS from port 5555
to port 444. So I was able to successfully access CRM 2011 using port 444. However, when I click on the Help link on the upper right side of CRM 2011, it still reverted back to port 5555 and the Help site is no longer accessible.
I’m not sure if this is a bug or I missed something during configuration of new port.
