Do not have permissions to access sub-accounts RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have a user that can access the individual accounts but when they go to the parent account and try to access the sub-accounts they get an error message saying they do not the permissions to access these records. What permissions do I have to change so they can access sub-accounts?

  • What columns are displayed on the view when you navigate to Sub-Accounts? It could be the fact that the user does not have read access to one of the lookup fields displayed on the view.
