  VS General Question forum mainly discusses WPF & SL designer, Visual Studio Guidance Automation Toolkit, Developer Documentation and Help System and Visual Studio Editor.

  Since you are working with ASP.NET MVC4 programming and want to know the differences between Visual Studio Express 2012 for Web and Visual Studio 2012 Professional about ASP.NET MVC4 programming, I am not ASP.NET expert, I suggest that you can consult your issue on ASP.NET forum: http://forums.asp.net/  for professional solution and support.
