I uploaded a database of over 300 names and mailing addresses from a .CSV file to Outlook. Now I want to add these from Outlook to CRM. CRM 2011 has a convoluted way of breaking apart the street and mailing addresses, and none of the data is
mapped over.
Do I need to individually re-enter all of this data manually? Isn't there some way to push the addresses in the Outlook Address Book to the same record in CRM?
Help! I'm stumped.
