  • All information can be found on the exam webpage:
    http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exam.aspx?ID=70-562&locale=en-us

    - You can take the exam directly, but the MCTS title requires, that you also passed the 70-536 exam which is a prerequisite.

    - The Self-Paced Training Kit is available and a good book. And MeasureUp / SelfTestSoftware provide practice tests which can help a lot when preparing for the exam. (See Preparation Materials tab on the given link!)

Maybe you want to consider to do the 70-515 instead. There are already some good books available that should cover most topics of the exam (e.g. "Beginning ASP.NET 4: In c# and VB") and amazon gives a publishing date of the 16th december for the self-paced training kit.

The 70-515 has the advantage, that it covers the latest technology and there is no longer a prerequisite.

    With kind regards,

    Konrad
