Can't Activate! RRS feed

    I just subscribed to OneCare since the 90-day Free Trial runs out in two days. When I click "Subscribe" it tells me I need to associate my PC with a subscription, but when I go through the steps it says there is an error with the registration system and it tells me to try again later! I just get redirected to the page where I am meant to purchase a subscription, although I already have... and when I do that, it tells me I can't purchase a subscription because I have already! What am I supposed to do to get OneCare to work?!

    You'll need to use the email option as a trial user to open a support case since your subscription can't be validated - OneCare is still in trial mode.

     

    Note that even if the trial expires and you go to red status, protection will continue. You just won't be able to run some of the other parts of OneCare.
