Access to a DBF file

   Hoping a SQL guru can help on this...

  Have a mystery DBF file I need to access via MS Access or Excel. I've tried all the supplied OBDC/DSN supplied with office and none work. The native DB program does not provide an export feature and only allows a maximum cut/paste of 121 records.
  

  I have a small file if you'd like to examine.
  
  Any help would be much appreciated.
