Hi,
Yes, you can rename the business unit. you can achieve this by settings->administration->business unit->open and change the name-> save it

Yes. Go to settings > Administration > Business units. Open the business unit the change the name. If you can not change the name in this way find the BusinessUnitBase table in DB and rename the record from there. Remember that the last solution is unsupported. However, if you do not want to use this unsupported solution and the renaming of the business unit is disabled, you have to create a new business unit with a correct name and transfer your users and other related configurations to it. Then you could disable the earlier business unit.
