This copy of Windows is not Genuine

Question
-
Hi, I took an older computer from my sister a while ago and updated it with a copy of Windows 7 for my daughter. Now it is telling us that the copy is not genuine. I ran the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool and I have pasted the result below. Please let me know what is going on with this error message and what I need to do to get her computer working properly. Thanks.

Unfortunately, you have a stolen MSDN Subscription license for Windows 7 installed. This license will never activate. You will need to purchase a genuine Windows 7 license and perform a "clean install". Please note that Windows 7 Home Edition is no longer sold.

Thanks for your reply. I have had this version for some time. I'm sure that when I purchased this, Windows 7 Home was still being sold. What about the money <g class="gr_ gr_300 gr-alert gr_tiny gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling multiReplace" data-gr-id="300" id="300">i</g> spent on this? Is there a way to do something about these sellers? I'm pretty sure I got this on Amazon. If I could look it up, could you put the seller on some kind of watch list or something?
Thanks.
