The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{F706B4B5-72BC-49D5-967C-05194FA83446}
and APPID
{F706B4B5-72BC-49D5-967C-05194FA83446}
to the user IIS APPPOOL\cms SID (S-1-5-82-2661132309-3702860373-614144184-2084021347-4153949123) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

Please advise on above error.
