CRM Add-On for OWA In Office 365. RRS feed

  • Hey all,

    So my company is in the transition phase of moving our exchange to 0365. We will for now be deploying a hybrid migration to keep our client Outlook working in case of a failure on O365. In saying this, I have another question asking in the Outlook Forums and I was directed here for detailed explanation how to do the following. In the Outlook client, we have the CRM add-in installed and integrated which works beautifully. Is there a way to have the same in Outlook Web Application?  Microsoft told me there aren't any write-ups how to do it for moment.

  • Currently there isn't any supported way to expose CRM functionality in OWA.

  • Tracking of email to CRM inside OWA doesn't exist but is rumoured to be on the roadmap, possibly for the next 'wave' release (and many people will have a party when this arrives!). Keep an eye on community blogs and the customer centre for information on future releases as information is made available.
