Question

1. purchased and installed one care onto my laptop...ok.
2. attempted to install 2nd computer ... one care shows up on desktop but when dbl clicked program appears to attempt to start but then shuts down saying: "one care has encountered problems and must shut down"....
3. THIS IS NOT A USER FREINLDY PROGRAM. AM WILLING TO DUMP IT FOR MY MONEY BACK...!!!Friday, April 3, 2009 4:12 AM

may I know the operating system you are using?.....
If you are installing from the CD, Please try to download teh Free trial onecare from the below weblink.
www.onecare.live.com.
Then, try to install from the downloaded onecare setup file.

If the above solution doesnot work, please try to run .NET framework removal tool.

Then, try to install .NET from teh below weblink.
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=0856EACB-4362-4B0D-8EDD-AAB15C5E04F5&displaylang=en
