CRM 2011 Outlook and Outlook 2010 appcrash KERNELBASE.dll

Question

Hi, I got back to this same error all the time after just going to Quote entity.
I'm running CRM Outlook with UR1 on Outlook 2010, tried uninstalling UR1, CRM Outlook and reinstalling it back and reinstalled Outlook too.
Also, we tried clearing the cache from the browser, running scanpst.exe of Outlook. Still we got the same error below.
Please guide me and help me. We need it urgently. Thank you very much. Have a nice day.

This error message is very misleading. I found out that there was a specific record that is causing this error. After deactivating the record, CRM Outlook works fine. Thanks.

We're seeing a similar message on a few systems.... (Outlook 2007) Can you provide any detail as to how you tracked down what record was causing the error?
