    I misplaced my product key,  how do i get it replaced?

    Hello ng2306, if you are reinstalling One Care you only need to use the same Live ID and password originally used to activate your subscription. If this is a new installation and you cannot find your product key I don't really know what can be done about that.

    Jim,
    thanks for the response.  Just spent some time with one care and they said to download trial version and then subcribe using live id and then password.
