Converting campaign responses

Question
-
Hi All,
I want to be able to add new options to the "Create new record for customer" radio buttons on the Convert Campaign Response page. Currently there is a Quote, Order and Opportunity. Is there a way of adding options in here?
When selecting the Close response is there a way of adding more options here? Currently there is Closed and Canceled?
Thanks in advance...

As far as adding options besides Quote, Order, etc... - I don't think you'll be able to do anything here as these items are essentially baked into this form which isn't customizable.
It seems the Close response is also locked - adding additional StatusCodes to the Campaign Response entity do not show up here,

Hi PadanM,
There is no direct way to accomplish in CRM using UI. However, technically it is possible to accomplish this by editing the ribbon and creating your own html and JavaScript webresources that replicate and extend the functionallity you reference. Though, this would require a significant effort to accomplish and prone to breaking when you upgrade and\or apply rollups.
