How to change or add fields to Task Quick form in crm 2013 RRS feed

  • I would like to change existing filed on quick task and phone calls under main case form activities under case activities.  it looks like this is not supported.  I have tried to create a new quick form task however not showing on the case.  is there way I can add the additional fields?

  • As you have already discovered, its not possible to do it in a supported way.Even if a new quick form is created, the system doesn't allow deactivation of the OOB one. So replacing it with another form is also not allowed. Hope this will come in the next release...
